The following is an update on Monet from Bill Slee, Vet at Torbridge Veterinary Hospital. “We saw Monet again on 17 May 2011 and noted that she had gained a little weight. Although there was some improvement in the carpal valgus we felt it would be beneficial to seek the opinion of an Orthopaedic Specialist. The Specialist has advised that although it is possible to operate for some of Monet's conditions, surgery may exacerbate other problems in that area. As Monet appears to be in no pain our advice is to continue with current therapy.”

The Devon GSD Rescue would like to thank Linda Lines for fostering Monet for the past eight months.  Linda’s dedication to improving Monet’s health and mobility has been of paramount importance in her recovery and is very much appreciated by the Charity.

Monet is now in her new home keeping four male GSDs in order !!
