Casper

Casper is a 2 year old castrated male; he is fully inoculated and microchipped.
Casper gets on well with people and other dogs; he travels well in the car and likes to be groomed. He is good around poultry, and would suit either living alone or with another bitch or castrated male. He loves to swim and play with toys.
Casper is a high energy dog, so would need active owners. Casper has been moved around a lot in the past three months through no fault of his own and consequently is suffering with depression
If you think you can offer this normally fun loving dog the chance he needs to feel loved and secure please contact us.
Casper is now in his new home.
We have received the following update from Casper's new owners:

"A photograph is enclosed of our dog Karl (named Casper when he
was with you).
You will see he is lying down on a cream carpet; we had to replace
our previous red one to prevent my wife having a nervous breakdown
along with the vacuum cleaner, and help disguise his hairs.
These come out in bucket loads (nesting birds appreciate some of
these in spring), within seconds of him having been brushed.
Karl was basically untrained and a bit 'hyper' when we collected him
ten months ago, but has settled down and now enjoys training classes
& the socialisation with other dogs. Unfortunately there are
times he still has selective hearing (when I'm trying to stop him
doing something he wants to do) but in time I'm sure this will be
put right. His weight has increased and has stabilised at
about 39 kilos, which is about right as far as the Vet is concerned.
(On the other hand, the extra walking I'm doing now has caused me to
lose weight, which is also about right as far as my GP is
concerned.)"
