 Kelly has moved to her new family in Cornwall and settled in well with the resident dog Rocky and the parrots.

" I just wanted to let you know how kelly is settling in. We have had her for four weeks now, she is truly a wonderful dog, not only has she taken to me and den, but she is great with the parrots, and as you know this was my biggest worry. The other night kelly was on her bed (a rare occasion, normally on the sofa or chairs) and i walked past with lottie my young blue and gold macaw on my shoulder, in a split second lottie flew down on to the floor, ran across to kelly's bed, stood on the edge, and shouted HELLO in her loudest ever voice. Kelly sat up, cocked her head to one side then the other, then just turned round so her back was to lottie, and lay back down. I nearly died, with a lesser dog this could've ended in tears, but my kelly is the most gentle loving dog in the world, we now love her even more!!!. Thank you so much for letting us adopt her, she has brought so much into our lives, this dog has no faults, so why would anyone kick her on to the streets? thanks again, Lyn, Den & Rocky"
