The Devon GSD Rescue had a stand at the Devon GSD Club Open Show, Hennock. (www.gsdclubofdevon.co.uk)

Thursday 21st October 2010
The Devon GSD Rescue AGM was held at Whiddon Down Village Hall.
Refreshments were served after the meeting to enable members to
chat.
Peter and Monet, two of the Charity’s dogs, enjoyed the evening!
Sunday 17th October 2010
Thank you to everyone who supported our sponsored walk which raised £651.00.
We walked along the Ball Hill footpath and in the adjoining woodland. The dogs enjoyed paddling in the East Ockment River.







Saturday 18th September 2010
The coffee morning held in the Church Hall, Market Street, Okehampton raised a total of £205.00. Thank you to everyone who supported this event.
We were pleased to welcome five of the dogs who have been rehomed through the Charity. They were Angela with Alfie, Deborah and Peter with Ben, Gillian with Sasha, Marion and Eric with Mya and George.

The "Eyes for George" Concert held at the Braddicks Holiday Centre, Westward Ho! was a very successful evening. Thank you to Maurice Heather and Linda Lines for organising the event.
George, accompanied by his owners Marion and Eric Williams, made an appearance during the interval and presented Tamsin Ball with a bouquet of flowers. George enjoyed his time in the spotlight and didn't stop wagging his tail.
Thank you to everyone who bought tickets for the concert which raised £1179.00. Also thank you for supporting the raffle which raised another £344.00. This gives a grand total of £1523.00 for the "Eyes for George" Concert (see George's page on this website).
Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th April 2010
The fundraising weekend outside Pets at Home in Exeter (www.petsathome.com) raised £155.00. Thank you to everyone for your generous donations.

George, the young German Shepherd Dog who is in need of special, costly eye treatment and care, was our guest of honour. He was pleased to meet everyone and his tail never stopped wagging.
