Dog Training
Pat and Jean welcome those who would like to do some training and socialisation with their dog every other Sunday morning at Cheriton Bishop or Whiddon Down. A small donation from those who attend will go to our Devon GSD Rescue.
Please note the following dates for training: 4th July, 25th July, 22nd August, 5th September, 19th September 2010 and then fortnightly.

It was a beautiful Dartmoor morning for training, a clear blue sky with a gentle breeze.
Eight dogs and their owners enjoyed tracking, the agility course and basic obedience under the guidance of Pat Curtis assisted by Tom Curtis and Jean Steel.

"Kirk" enjoying the agility course at the training session
Pat's training class held progress tests
on September 28th. Grade 1 was taken by 5 people - all passed
with over 90 marks out of 100.
Diplomas were presented to:
Sheelagh & Sasha
Jennifer & Nash
Rita & Kirk
Helen & Finn
Phil & Megan
All 5 were GSDs. Well done to them all and
thanks to Judy and friend for the lovely Diplomas.
Grade 2 will be held in a few months
time.
